Pre Lanzarote trip


So, How did the trip even happen?

Well spontaneously. One beautiful day I was minding my own business, when my best friends writes to be on facebook - hey wanna go on a vacation?

Figuring I had nothing better to do anyway, I agreed. Not the answer she was expecting. So we chose 7 day all-inclusive trip to Lanzarote, Be Live Hotel, right at the coast of Costa Teguise city.

We had about a week to pack and prepare for the trip. Went shopping for bikinis - because guess who did not have any. Yes indeed, both of us.

Time to start packing right? We could bring 25kg + 5 kg baggage. But hey who needs that heavy 25kg baggage that you have to wait at the airport on the baggage claim lint? Thats right, not me.

So how does Annu pack? Easy, just like that:


But hey, I figured that if I will need more baggage room, then I will just buy a bag there. :) 

However thank god my bestie had a give away baggage though. Because guess who was the smart one and bought a wine opener as a souvenir - I did. And guess what is not allowed in hand baggage? Thats right wine openers....

But I guess lighters are allowed in hand baggage - I did empty it though,  just in case. It was pretty funny to be that bestie got security check right before me, and I did not - and I had a lighter in my baggage....

Lanzarote Day 3/7 place 1

Tourists attractions 1/6 11.02.2019 Jardin de Cactus - place 1 Jameos del Agua - place 2 Cueva de los Verdes - place 3 Mirador del Rio - place 4 First tourist attraction was garden of the cacti aka Jardin de Cactus. At the entrence there was a huge cactus made of metal. The first idea I got is that my dad could make one of these (maybe smaller) for Haapsalu garden. Just after the entrance panoramic view: It looked like a cacti crate. There were walls that you could climb and walk on, to see all the little cacti. The windmill that is seen in the background one can go into it, and explore a little - where I had a fight with my traveling companion. Because I was acting like a kid and wanting to touch everything. Then some tiny fluffy cacti: Some coral looking cacti This one looks like coral in the seal. Very beautiful. Palm looking cacti and I Extra mini cacti - key chain The cacti in the key chain is very much alive and needs some water occasionally...

Lanzarote Day 3/7 place 3

Tourists attractions 3/6 11.02.2019 Jardin de Cactus - place 1 Jameos del Agua - place 2 Cueva de los Verdes - place 3 Mirador del Rio - place 4 Third tourist attraction was also a cave aka Cueva de los Verdes. This was more interesting then previous one. It was quite deep, however always above sea level.
